Basic Rules
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed, unless special arrangements have been made.
- Please avoid parties or events, in order to maintain peace and respect for neighbors.
- Respect quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00).
Use of the Space
- We are happy to host you! Please treat the house with respect and love.
- If possible, do not move heavy furniture to avoid damage.
- If any problem or damage occurs, please let us know immediately — we are always available to help.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
- If you need a different time, please let us know — we will do our best to accommodate.
Damage or Loss
- In case of accidental accident, damage or loss, please inform us immediately
- Any replacements or repairs are covered by the guest, depending on the cost
- Honesty and good communication are highly appreciated
Before Departure
- Check for any personal belongings.
- Leave the keys in the designated area.
